Hello, I'm looking to gain weight. However, due to various circumstances I must bike 12 miles every day (= 700 calories). How well will GOMAD mix with this? Am I going to still gain weight?
I've read that GOMAD puts on a fair amount of fat. Would it be wishful thinking to say that the cycling would burn off the fat and leave the muscle?
edit: also, I usually do my workout on my return trip home. My legs have just been mashing pedals for 20 solid minutes and the last thing I want to do is squat weight. Are squats pretty much necessary, or can I consider the cycling a leg/core workout and focus on upper body while at the gym?
