I have a bit of fat around the midsection not that much but i would like to get rid of it so i could see my abs. I actually look good around my arms chest and back its just that little bit.
How do i lose that last bit of fat without sacrificing the muscle i have? I dont want to lose it just keep it or if i can get even more ripped.
I am a total noob when it comes to training so please explain like im an 8 year old.

join the club haha. the best way is high intensity, short-time stuff like sprints or all out on a bike for < 5 minutes. also, crossfit programs are great. and good ab exercises with weight!
personally, i've always wanted abs and ironically got them when i was eating a ton but also doing squats and deads. i had previously wasted a lot of time with 4+ mile runs and dieting.

Ya, running and dieting suck for helping to lose body fat...
You can't target where you lose the fat, it has to come from all over. Stick to a workout program, do some (a lot?) cardio, and pay close attention to your diet if you wanna lose the gut.Mixing creatine mono in orange juice since 1999.
