So i was wondering if people could guess as to what my body fat percent is, im just curious.
I went from about 246 pounds to 154 pounds and i did it in an unhealthy way so i lost a lot of muscle as well i think. anyway just curious because i dont really want to lose anymore weight, not sure if i really wanna bulk either. but i just want to get rid of this stomach i have, i know it doesnt look bad in the pictures but it does look worse than that. is it just fat i gotta lose or do i need to do stomach vacuums or something? it does feel hard when i touch it.

Thanks guys. Hm my scales vary between 8- 12%, I know the scales aren't accurate but I thought that's why it varied so much but I guess it probably is a bit higher. Gonna have to keep going I think.
