    OPti-men question

    How do you guys take,or recommend to take opti-men? Should I take all 3 pills at

    once with 1 meal? or should I take them 1 pill with 3 different meals? I was thinking

    to spread them out throughout the day so I get a constant flow of vitamins with each

    meal.

    I took Opti-Men for about eight months and then switched to Animal Pak. So far, I like Animal Pak, just a lot of pills to take, and some are pretty f'ing big!
    With Opti, basically, just followed the directions .... took one pill 30 minutes after each major meal.

    yeh 1 pill 3 times a day with a meal... they should really make this clearer
