This is Jackie a 48 year old grandmother. I worked with her to compete in 3 shows last year.. She may be one year older.... but getting better with age.

We are in the process of getting ready for another season of shows. Her transformation has really changed her life.

This is a picture of Suzanne.....She competed and won the overall in womens bodybuilding at the NPC Central States just a few days ago .. We did a 16 week prep..Nice and slow....

She is 48 years old, same as Jackie..
