I thought you would find this inspiring.
From the description:
RAW FOOD FRUIT VEGAN STRONG MAN 300LB DEADLIFT! Mike is the strongest man in the raw food world today. Check out his channel. FRUITANDSTRENGTH
He is stronger than you because he eats all raw foods and is a straight up vegan.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

No, its impossible for sleeves not to increase your squat.
They function as an extension of your stretch reflex, storing energy at the bottom of the lift, and generating a boost at the start of the concentric.
Obviously there is less increase because its looser than wraps, but you would be silly to pretend you get nothing out of it.
Maybe this is why you keep hurting yourself ILO.
Buy a good pair.
I am gonna go vegan one day, and I am gonna go around telling everyone thats its superior for strength and size gains.

Forever a high bar squatter . I have been trying forever to get that bar phucking lower, it doesn't to budge. I literally have no wrist or shoulder flexibility. Form wasn't that great overall today easier, blah, maybe tomorrow will be better.

Some people like it, most dont. I'd imagine oly lifters like it more. I think Rippetoe even advocates lifting with a slight heal. Really depends on leverages and the oly thing I guess.
