Well, I am down over 10 lbs in 3 and a half weeks, and my form sucks recently, so I guess it went okay when you take that into consideration. Idk, some videos turn out that way.

I just wrote up the rough framework of LIME bench V3. It is subject to minor changes as I haven't decided how I am structuring my squat/deadlift programming, but I feel this will be the best LIME bench yet.
