I start 15 lbs below and then bumped it up to 5 lbs below when it was too easy

My camera flat out died, it doesn't work anymore, I took the video on my cell phone, and I am not sure I will be able to upload it. I am trying to send the video to my email but the phone says "exceeds maximum file size".

Overall I am very disappointed in myself about how today went. I don't feel good about not being sure the 3rd rep was legitimate, and I feel dumb for hitting the pins on my 355 set.

I am gonna max next week, dunno what I am gonna max at.

I don't extensively study lemons Lucifer (mainly because I am not a raging homosexual like ILO)

that article is stupid though.

1. You lose most of the nutrients when you drink the juice rather than the fruit

2. The phytochemicals that provide the benefits in the fruit are often denatured when exposed to high temperature. Tea tends to be hot.
