I play lacrosse and have been training in various crossfit,weights and speed areas for a few years and consider myself at a good fitness level. I need to accomplish the following for a CFA test to get into the military academy and appreciate any suggestions.
100 Pushups in 2:00
2:00 Rest
100 Situps in 2:00
2:00 Rest
25 Pullups in 1 set
2:00 Rest
1 Mile Run in 5:50
My current scores not all at the same time as the test above will be performed in.
6:10 1 Mile
10:14 1.5 Mile
54 Pushups in 1 minute then I collapsed
80 Situps
5 Pullups
