Hi guys,
I'm getting sick of chicken breast right now, I'm on my 6th week of my meal plan. I've been eating 500g chicken breast per day and on dinner 250g beef steak/mince.
As I'm not allowed to eat any dairy products. Is there any other recipe for chicken breast like some sauce on it or just restraining it from being dry.
I've been hitting 2k calories per day. Sometimes I'm using sauces from waldenfarms but I only have 2 flavors of it like sweet bbq and spicy bbq.

I've been doing the same for about 3 months now - 250g with sweet potato and broccoli, and another 250g with dinner. For dinners, I have my chicken serving along with an otherwise vegetarian dinner - lots of interesting new flavors. Sometimes I shred the chicken after cooking and mix it into my portion, or judst plop it on the side.
Unless you're being suuuuper strict, play around with herbs and spices, and cook with olive oil (it helps me make up my fat intake. That and fish).
How do you cook your chicken? My preferred is baked, but I know a lot of people pan-fry.

I often use Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. I cook my chicken with a meat thermometer to keep it from drying out, but the last batch was accidentally over-cooked. I pulled the chicken apart into small pieces and literally filled the bowl that it was in with water (think cereal) and then squeezed most of the water out before adding the buffalo wing sauce. It definitely helped it be more moist.

Crock pot on low with salsa; moist chicken every time.
