    Oatmeal make me gain weight or reduce weight?

    daily after my workout,i m having oatmeal for breakfast

    1cup oatmeal with
    1 spoon honey
    20g kismis
    1 cup milk
    2 banana
    other fruit half cup

    & 3 egg white

    many of site & some of my friends said oatmeal will reduce the weight.

    i want to gain weight(i m trying to gain weight lot)

    my question here:

    oatmeal will reduce weight or gain weight?

    pls give ur opinion

    Its all about calories... your body burns a certain amount of calories a day.. if you eat more than you burn you will gain weight.. if you eat less than you burn you will lose weight...

    the oatmeal you have with the honey is approximately 300-400 calories.. it is a good diet because it fills you up for a long time.. find out how much calories you need to maintain your weight and eat more than it.. thats how you'll gain weight.
