daily after my workout,i m having oatmeal for breakfast
1cup oatmeal with
1 spoon honey
1 cup milk
other fruit half cup
& 3 egg white
many of site & some of my friends said oatmeal will reduce the weight.
i want to gain weight(i m trying to gain weight lot)
my question here:
oatmeal will reduce weight or gain weight?
pls give ur opinion
