I am working out monday wednesday and friday, If i am trying to gain lean muscle, do I need to be doing cardio tuesday thurs and saturday in between my workout days?
I am 5' 11" 170lbs and want to get to about 185lbs by muscle gain.

You don't need cardio to build muscle. If you want to gain 15lbs of muscle - that's only going to come from weight training. You can also gain a pound of bodyweight a week for 15 weeks (a controlled pace). Read through the stickies in the Workout Programs and Exercise forums, and do an established routine for several months, and see what happens for you. Good luck!

Cardio is for cardio-vascular health, I prefer to limit fat gain through a solid diet rather than relying on doing hours of cardio.
I lift Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat and do HIIT Cardio on Tues and Thurs.Bench: 572lbs (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9RrAfn0TfkY&feature=youtu.be)
