    Thumbs up

It's nothing a few warm up sets won't take care of. I take my pre-workout most days and yawn while driving to the gym. Once I get warmed up and get a few warm up sets in ....i'm pretty much focused and money brah!

I yawn all the time, especially if I take too many stims and I havent made it to the gym yet. However, I have also noticed that if i hold my breath on heavy lifts i will yawn several times after. Pure broscience here, but i just always assumed it was my body's way of forcing me to take in more air. Not sure if that explains the preworkout yawns....

Yep on Monday i went to the gym 30 minutes after waking up, was there at 9:30am, took white flood (1scoop) and was still tired feeling. Idk why I was so tired, I slept a bit over 7 hours. But of course WF doesnt have caffeine, but I did feel tunnelvision and focused.

It sounds weird but when I am feeling anxiety I often yawn a lot. Therefore when I take a pwo I yawn profusely due to my anxiety from the stims. I think it's my brain trying to calm my body down or something. That's just my theory

X2 I get yawns once in awhile. I'll try to get better breathing during reps and see if that helps.

I yawn a lot too...I also workout at 530am.. Although for heavier lifts, I try to force myself to yawn or take the deepest breath I can before I make the lift.. Seems to help me control breathing during the set..
