I'm still quite a newbie, been lifting for 6 months now and I'm not very knowledgeable on the different types of squats. I've seen terms like "ATG, Front and back squats" thrown around without know much about them other than they are different types of squats. I think I have been doing back squats but would like to know about the different types as I feel my style of squatting is putting too much pressure on my joints and not enough on my quads.
I couldn't find any solid examples of the different types of squats on the net, would someone care to post info about them and maybe some articles? Thanks all
