    clean bulk after/during football

    i want to start clean bulking all the way till never summer..i want to put on great size while maintain bf percentages..ive noticed my weight just keeps dropping every day and im no longer trying to loose weight...i want a fast way to put on size while maintaining fat

    any supplements that are good for bulking
    and a little help with some good foods to eat to

    Clean bulk calories = maintenance calories + 500ish

    The typical P/C/F ratio is 40/40/20. There aren't really any supplements that will do a great deal aside from creatine monohydrate and maybe some l-citrulline. I really like taking XTend intraworkout as well.
