okay so it says 370 calories for 1 cup uncooked, but when i cook it it expands and has more than 1 cup, so how do i measure the true calories of it??

If you weigh out 1 cup before cooking, after cooking the calories will still be 370 for 1 cup.
Here's a good site for determining kcals for cooked rice if you didn't weigh it uncooked:
