Every day for lunch I eat a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and then about an hour later eat an orange. About 2 hours after the orange I eat some black grapes. I would say that there is about a handful and a half of grapes. Does that seem like it might be too much sugar with the orange and the grapes in that timeframe?

Thanks, I am not lifting hard core right now or taking nutrition hard core either, just getting back into lifting and trying to eat decently healthy. I was mostly concerned with if that was an unhealthy insulin spike or something(no I'm not diebetic). I eat a banana before bed as well. I guess I should mention that I dont drink pop or eat any junk food either so really the only big doses of sugar would be coming from fruit.
