I am trying to lose 30lbs in the next 3.5 months.
I currently weigh 168 trying to get down to 138 (overall goal is 115). I am 5'2.
I eat at 1000cals (maintence is 1400cals) and I work out 6 days a week with weights and cardio. Are you guys always hungry? I tried using benefiber to help not be so hungry and eat more protein but it doesn't work. I don't want to go over 1000cals.
I was told to eat 500 calories under maintence but 900 calories is way too low...
