I'm trying to get a hold of the pre-training pictures and I should get them shortly.
I just figured I'd post the somewhat "end-result" of my work. I train for strongmen competitions, so from the next few years I might gain 20-25 more lbs on the scale and lean out a bit more, but nothing dramatic. I can start concentrating on my events and lifts and quit bothering about mass. And to those who would like to see me drop bodyfat...no thx, that's not something I want to look like or want to do.
I'll post the very old pics as soon as I get a hold of them.

7-8 years. The first few years were ridiculous in terms of mass gain. I ate everything in amounts unheard of. Sure I put on some fat, but I had everything I needed to put on muscle too. I was a bit clueless, but for 2 years I trained twice a day every day. Then I started reading and learning and later on completed CP level 3 and ISSA. I had a strength/mass approach throughout the last 5 years at least. Focusing on the compounds, but still working my ass off with the "isolation" (heavy barbell curls, dips, chin ups (yes I can do 16!), etc).

It's alot cleaner now than it was before. It consists of mainly nuts, chicken, turkey, white fish, tuna, some extra lean beef and pork once in a while. Carbs come from potatoes, oatmeal, pasta, bread. Lots of fruits, but no veggies (except potatoes and onions).
I get about 450-500 grams of protein daily. I just happen to eat cheat meals more than once a week, but I really don't care.
Everyone says i'd look bigger if I dropped some bodyfat. It's not that I'm not aware of this, I just don't want to do that. Once I get a visible 4 pack (which should be pretty soon) i'll be satisfied with how I look.

I've had the same split for most of the years
Chest/tri
Back/bi
Rest
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
Rest
Deadlift, pullups/chinups, bent over rows, bench press, dips, close grip bench, squats, front squats, box squats, etc, etc.
All the big exercises and the big support exercises. I've only recently started doing more isolation.

Anyway, after a month break and eating **** the whole time, I got back in the gym and pushed 340x3 on log press.

Duuuuuude! Maaaajor major props man. Thats awesome to make that huge of a transformation for the positive. You're stuuuuupid huge. Love it man. keep that up. I almost have the same mentality as you on the appearance (wanting to be big and strong, and appearance comes at a close second), but not anywhere near your motivation level. Just insane man. Totally insane.
