Jameis and accuser had a prior relationship to what happened. Then on night of what accusation girl talked to friend about what to do.


Take note of time in tweet. 11:45 PM on 6th. She then talked to friend and went to police on day Winston's girlfriend arrived. (4:45AM on 7th and claimed the sex happened at 2:00AM on 7th)

This was because Winston's girlfriend a athlete from Rice was visiting. (she was his HS GF)


Winston's lawyer has all the messages phone calls between them so that is why Winston and FSU haven't been worried. (also why Winston is still doing interviews representing FSU and taking all practice 1st team reps)

The girl dropped the case back in February because of how many holes were in accusations. (that lawyer released statement was shot down by TPD at 8PM yesterday)

That shyts dangerous though that her name is floating around the internet. Nothing good is gonna come of that because some people are just plain stupid.

The whole thing rests on whether or not the State has enough evidence to charge him with a crime. Theyre not gonna file charges against him then hope for the best with lackluster evidence. State attorney is saying a decision should be made sometime this week or early next. All we can do is just sit back and wait.

She doesn't want to go through the whole slut shaming thing I guess. I'm not claiming shes a slut though, but IF she didn't get raped, she and bull-dike-aunt-lawyer are bitches, her for trying to get an innocent man ****ed up with the police and her bull dyke lawyer for trying to drag a guy through the mud.

Winston is innocent until proven guilty and the state can't press charges unless they've got some pretty damning evidence against Winston. Which I seriously doubt..as the witnesses seem to be pro-Winston and she didn't have a damn police report in the beginning.

I came in to post because FSU alumni and current students are going around saying this girl was basically mad at Winston for him dogging her.

Its frustrating because this is the same chit over and over. People don't realize it but there is always some player getting accused when really the girl is mad she didn't get it her way.

Attorneys for 20-year-old Praise Martin-Oguike (oh-GWEE'-kay) said the charges were dismissed as jury selection was to begin Monday.

The woman told police Martin-Oguike assaulted her in May 2012 in his dorm room. Martin-Oguike said the encounter was consensual.

Martin-Oguike's attorney James Funt said charges were dropped after a review of the woman's text messages with her friends indicated she was not truthful about being raped.

Funt said the former Temple linebacker was victimized by the woman "simply because he would not agree to have a romantic long-term relationship with her."

Martin-Oguike was suspended from the team after he was charged. He now attends a New Jersey community college.

Rumor is it she kept telling different stories and basically recanted accusations back in January.That is why TPD never pursued Winston.

Tim Jansen, a Tallahassee attorney representing FSU quarterback Jameis Winston in a sexual-assault complaint against him, said in a news conference this morning that sex between his client and the complainant was consensual.

When asked whether the sex was consensual, Jansen replied, "absolutely."

Jansen added that he anticipated his client's DNA would match the DNA found on the complainant.

“We are not surprised with the results of the DNA," he said. "We voluntarily submitted to a DNA, the only thing we are surprised by is it was leaked out by law enforcement,” he said. “The question the people should ask is why is it being leaked? For what purpose?”
