3 Months? Ehhh...Kind of hard to believe. You are 5'10 though and with good genetics and newbie gains and what not, I can kind of believe it.
What I don't believe is your 405 squat. Sorry, your legs look like they barely squat 225, let alone 405. But, please post a video to prove us all wrong.
Anyways, keep working out!

I think you should simply confess that it took longer than 3 months to achieve what you did, especially the deadlifts.
Even in the January pictures of Mexico, it looks like you were working out back then as well. You had abs, you had chest, you had biceps--it's not like you looked like an BHD-Skinny in the Mexico pic which would look exactly like someone who doesn't work out would look at low body fat.
I'm not trying to hate on you, and I'm definitely waiting for the vid, but I'm sure you too would be just as skeptical if you read about someone on a forum having such massive gains.

I dont want to get off topic here, but my friend dl 275lbs at 132 bw 5'7. He has never done a squat or deadlift before. I could do 300lbs. My dad pulled 405lbs his first time trying deadlift @165 5'7(although im sure he was doing a lot of other lifting). 340 seems kind of low for a guy with awesome genetics.

Everyone is different...
Looking great man. Dont worry about what everyone thinks..if your clean your clean..if your not..so what..but anyway apparently you've been going HARD..and looking good..At 19 your bodies flooded with testosterone anyway. Im not that old..but when I was 19..I felt unstoppable. I wasnt as muscular..but I could jump out of the gym and run for days. If you stay on track with your diet and rest..you'll be THE SHIZNIT!!
later dude..

How Much Muscle Can We Really Build?
-----------------------------------------
The origin of the problem lies in the belief that our bodies can build a lot of muscle fast. Simply put, the average trainee has unrealistic expectations when it comes to building muscle.
I can't state a precise number, but the average gym rat (especially the younger members of said group) believe that gaining twenty pounds of muscle in three months is ''normal." In fact, I've seen many young lifting aficionados complaining about only gaining ten pounds in two months of training! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your body (if you aren't using growth-enhancing drugs) can't build that much muscle that fast... not even close.
Normally I don't have any problems with people who have high expectations. However, in that particular case, the belief that it's possible to grow that fast can often lead to erroneous dietary approaches or even drug use (both out of frustration from not gaining twenty pounds in two or three months of training). So I'm here to set things straight. Many of you won't like what I'm about to say, but it's the truth.
Under the best possible circumstances (perfect diet, training, supplementation, and recovery strategies) the average male body can manufacture between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of dry muscle tissue per week. That is the amount your natural body chemistry will allow you to build. So we're talking about around one or two pounds per month. It may not sound like much, but that can add up to twelve to twenty pounds over one year of training.
Understand that it's possible to gain more weight without adding fat because when you increase your muscle size you also increase glycogen and water storage in those muscles. More muscle equals more glycogen.
A trained individual can store up to 40g of glycogen per 100g of muscle tissue. So if you're gaining ten pounds of new muscle (4545g) you'll also increase glycogen storage by around four pounds (1.8kg). So if you gain ten pounds of muscle, your scale gain will actually be closer to fourteen pounds (if you didn't gain any fat).
Chances are if you're gaining more than three pounds per month, you're gaining some fat.
19 Pounds of pure muscle in 3 months natural without gaining fat? bull**** not without anabolic help.Last edited by Caged_Rav3n; 08-15-2010 at 08:07 AM.

Yup I'm going to swallow my pride here guys and punk out on the video. I went on saturday as said following a night of drinking. I was only able to put up 315x4. I failed on 365. I had my brother check my form for me today and as it turns out (sure enough) I was not doing full parallel squats. I did not realize until watching some videos today that parallel means the crease of the thigh meets is parallel with that of the knee, so what I thought was parallel was maybe only a 1/2 squat.
I apologize for the mis-leading squat stat and will be sure not to claim I can squat 405 until I can do a full parallel squat at 405. Although I feel I can put up 365x1, a night after partying is probably not the best test of my squat strength. That being said I will be sure to post a video of my max squat when I return from my vacation after the 28th of August (I'm in Kelowna bitch). Again, my bad and as said earlier I fully swallow my pride on this one.
