    Want more definition.

    I'm 9% Bf. I weigh 9st 13lbs. I am skinny, but want definition. I'd regard myself as a hard gainer. I want to keep a very low Bf percent and gain pure muscle (for it to be ripped) I'd rather do it this way, to bulking up.. because I want to stay fit and healthy for things like running swimming etc. I'm not interested in being the biggest, just good muscle definiton. I need advice on how to weight to train to achieve this and what other things I should be doing.. how much cardio a week etc?

    Train Hard eat like a porc.

    Cut in a year.

    If ur dedicated. That should give u what u want. You wont be hudge, but defined with some above average(being most people not working out) muscle mass.

    If u want more definition then lose more bodyfat and gain more lean muscle
    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible

    WHEN I START BACK LIFTING IM COMING BACK ---> FULL FORCE

    you will struggle to keep your current bf %, just bulk hard you will be surprised at how little fat you gain then cut down if thats all your interested in. but by the time you bulk your mindset will change
    bulking till minimum of 80kg
