yo teen brahs, you mad i only do incline work and dips for chest?
3x incline bar
3x incline db press
3x incline flys
3x chest dips
flat bench is overrated, doing mostly incline is the secret to an aesthetic chest imo.
any other teen brahs only do incline?

why would that make us mad?
And an aesthetic chest would be one that is well balanced all over, by doing dips and incline you are only hitting upper and lower pecs'No day but today'

i would say incorporate flat, incline and decline.. that way your atleast hitting all aspects of your chest, top to bottom. i pesonally like dumbbell bench way better than bar; it hits the chest so much harder in my opinion..
and cant forget flyes/crossovers atleast to hit the inside of your titties.

I am well aware that there are only two major pectoral muscles. However there are ways to vary where the majority of the stress is placed doing various exercises.
For example, I made the mistake of using a very, very wide grip on the basic bench press and I later came to realize that I could only feel the stress being placed on the outer pectorals and not on the inner pectorals. Now, the whole pectoral muscle may be worked, but I could definitely feel the stress being far more emphasized on the outer pecs.

i think dips and decline bench are similar so you need one or the other. Flat DB bench is great + Incline BB. Add in some flyes and you should hit most chest fibres.
To get dem chesticles I think you just need to have balance, dont spend more time on one angle than you would on another. This means changing incline and flat or decline to first in the workout sometimes instead of always starting with flat or vice versa.

I know plenty of people who have never done "decline" bench before, but you most definitely need to do flat bench and incline bench/press. Now, if you are someone who just really wants to get rid of man boobs, than I would strictly focus on incline, but if you are trying to get stronger, bulk, etc then you should have the standard bench press in your workout routine. lol
