I think a similar physique is possible, he had pretty good genetics with that wasp-like waist, and his fast metabolism allowing him to get very ripped. I wouldn't recommend looking to achieve a physique like that naturally because he was on drugs, you'd be better off looking to achieve a physique similar to that of another natural athlete

Depends entirely on genetics. Simple.
It's not common in the least to find anyone with genetics that good to build a phsique like that, but then again, just how many people train with enough dedication and time to realize a physique a lot less than that (think something like 170lbs with abs)? Like 1% of the population maybe.
