    Help me with a diet!

    ok, so it's been a year since i started lifting. started at 155lb, im now at 186-7lbs, thnks to my metabolism i was able to pretty much ignore my diet and just eat whatever i wanted without barely gaining any fat, no however im stuck at 186lb and i havent been able to keep gaining weight for almost 2 months, i try to eat as much as i can but i get full quickly, im also taking a weight gainer (900 cals 4 scoops with milk) i usually take 2/3 scoops a day.

    basically, i want to now pay attention to my diet, what should i eat so i dont always feel full? whats the best i can get for cheap, how many meals should i have a day etc.
