    help

    Im starting freshman football and i need tips for a running back/kicker. (All stats made official today, verified by coach) Bench-155 Squat-205 Clean-105x4 40yd- 5.3(Laser timed)
    Kickoffs from 1 inch tee- 55-64 yards Field goal 1 inch- consistent 45 in, long 50 5'6.5" 126

    I'm not sure what you're looking for here.

    Do those compound lifts in the weightroom and eat, eat, eat! You're very young so you're still going to be growing in the coming time.

    Based on your size and numbers, you need to get stronger. No other way around it. You will get faster and jump higher just by getting those lifts up and eating.
