can someone help me out with this problem?
i've been trying to get in shape for the past 3 months and i've noticed that after every jogging,cardio or HIIT session my legs get sore and stay sore many days after.This makes me take long brakes after training,sometimes up to 7 days.i really don't think i can get in shape if i take such long brakes.what is wrong with me?Am i doing something wrong?should i stretch more after running?

did you build up the volume gradually?
did you do a thorough dynamic warmup before running? a good dynmaic warmup should have you sweating lightly by the time you are finished.
7 days a week is too much for HIIT, 4 days a week max of cardiovascular activity is enough to get in shape. most require 24-36 hours to recover from.
what does your current schedule look like?
also, you should always do static stretches post workout. foam rolling and contrast showers can also decrease soreness and promote recovery.
