So i saw a workout program by none other than Vince Delmonte, savior to skinny guys everywhere. the final phase said to do 4 exercises, each with 7 sets of 7 reps, per workout. Now this can't possibly be done in 45 minutes or less, so i was wondering if this is really going to give gains, or would it be just overtraining. by the way, the program is vince delmonte's 1+1 workout routine, look it up if you want to examine it for yourself.
