Man, I always looked up to you so much, you have pretty much my ideal physique and I always aspired to that because you constantly mentioned after many posts that you were "ALL NATURAL GUIZE", and saying stuff like "Man, it would take a loser to have to take steroids to look like me.

-the reason why misc brahs are mad is because:
1.he claimed to be natty
2.he has entered natty comps and won
3.many people look up to him as a role model and inspiration thinking he is natty. Those who tried to replicate vipers achievements failed miserably and self-disappointed.
4.he has company sponsorships which further misleads the public
-vipergq makes his first post in the thread saying those posts in elitefitness are not him and someone has stolen his username (apparently there are a lot of fake profiles of him out there, lol)
-misc brahs are skeptikal hippo
-miscr points out that he joined elitefitness forums BEFORE he joined bb.com so there is no way that someone on bb.com could have stolen his username
-vipergq is still denying that it's him. says he has been using the name vipergq since 1996 on other (non-fitness related) forums. (there is no logical reason for why any troll would want to impersonate vipergq in 2006)
-vipergq gets mad and calls the misc dumb. this was his last post in the thread.
-a lot of evidence is posted linking his elitefitness account to his bb.com account:
1. the style of writing is very similar. he spelt definitely as 'defiantely'all the time in both forums. see http://i35.tinypic.com/eas09s.jpg
2. all his personal information on the two boards match up (age, profression, stats etc)
3. he posted in elitefitness forums that he will be attending a powerlifting meet very soon. he made the same post on bb.com a day AFTER. this was pretty much the icing on the cake
-from here onwards the thread was just people posting why they're mad or why they don't care
-ended up being a discussion on cell-tech so it got closed by mods

I am finishing my final dose of anavar today after a 8 week cycle at 60mg a day. I have a tested competition on November 3rd. I know Anavars detection time is 2-3 weeks, but is there anything I can do to accelerate the progress a little bit?
I know there are Cleansers out there, but I don't want to spend $120 on something that will more than likely be out of my system anyways.
Will Drinking lots of water and Tea help flush out my system any?
Aren't those cleansers just a super dose of Vitamins to flush out the system> Can I just take like 6 multis in a day???
