currently in jeddah saudi arabia and camel is the only protein i have not found a nutrition shop for protein chicken is expensive as hell and beef is forbidden... any idea if camel is good protein source

pork to be exact but if you eat beef it has to be "halal" which means the meat has to be prayed on remove all the blood and you have to hear a recitation from the quran which is not what i want to do since im christian lol..Originally Posted by milkfat343
