    How many exercises do you guys do per muscle?

    alright im working on my workout routine for after football and i was just wondering how many workouts per body part do you guys have? heres what i go so far:

    chest:6
    legs:6
    back:6
    bis/tris:8
    shoulders: 4, may want to add another exercise
    traps:3

    is this an ok spread?

    usually 5-6 exercises are enough, more than that you'll mostlikely overtrain

    I do 3 exercises for each musclegroup 3 sets, 10 reps.

    depends on how I'm feeling, sometimes I'll do multiple exercises and a **** ton of sets/reps, other times I'll simply do only the main compound exercise for that muscle group.

    6 exercises? Goddamn...I do about 3 for each, 4 sets. I usually lift so intensely there is no way I'd be able to do more exercises. For bis/tris I rarely do more than 1 set.

    I only do 3 per muscle group. I can't imagine doing 8 different exercises for triceps and biceps. I'd flop over.

    chest, shoulders, legs, back-4 exercises each 3 work sets each
    biceps, triceps-3 exercises 3 sets each
    calves, traps- 2 exercises 3 sets each
    forearms- 1 exercise 3 sets
