How much cardio should i be doing during my "get six-pack now" phase?

Title says it all, in a period of four months on the normal six correct meals a day... how much cardio should i be doing weekly to attain a well cut six pack?

If you're like some of the sasholes around here, then you've got great genetics and can afford to keep cardio at a minimum. Other than that, I would worry about the diet more than anything else. What does it usually consist of?
Occupy Squat RacK! I am the 1% that can break parallel.

Why workout when there's *******? It's still safer than Crossfit.

With proper form and technique, anything is possible.

those protein bar buggers are glorified candy bars with more protein crammed in...I would lose em and add in some a replacement meal of chicken or fish with a veg!

I would cut out the protein bars, chances are they are filled with sugar and other carbs you don't need.

But for cardio, i say a good 40 mins a day and you would see progress fast.
If you workout six days a week, I say try to get in atleast 3-4 days of cardio. Since lifting builds muscle, it makes your metabolism grow so you will lose fat either way but not that rapidly as with cardio. Just don't do cardio on leg days or the day after that. You might want to get something for recovery if you are going all out.

I like Venuto's advice on cardio when you really want to drop fat quickly. Try 30 mins 5-6 times a week and if that doesn't work, up it to 45 mins.

I wouldn't run at all brother... Keep the cardio in the low intensity range where you can still hold a conversation... 45 min first thing in the AM and do it anywhere from 4-6 days a week. I avoid cardio on leg day though. Boost the Cabs on Leg day and lay off the cardio.

You should be good to go with that... Diet looks good. Protein bar I'm assuming is for convenience. Get after it bro!
