    Need Opinion on this Workout Routine?

    I'm Looking to play Football In 6 Months, Teams Having open tryouts , looking for a good program for strength/explosiveness. I've Come up with this , what do use think? I'm 25 by the way





    *Stretch Everyday

    Power Lift Reps
    Week 1 -3x3
    Week 2 -3x5
    Week 3 -5 x 5 4 3 2 1
    Week 4- 1 Rep Max
    Week 5- Max Reps Day
    Every 6th Week Take OFF!!
    Week 7 Start Over!

    Aux Lift Reps
    Week 1 -3x12
    Week 2 -3x10
    Week 3 -3x8
    Week 4 -3x6
    Week 5 -Max Reps Day
    Every 6th Week Take OFF!!
    Week 7 Start Over!

    Monday
    Squat
    Bench

    AUX:Push Ups 1 Set Max Reps
    Calve Raises
    Leg Lunges
    Dumbell Bench (3 Positions)
    Weighted ABS/Obliques

    TUESDAY:Cardio/Speed

    Wednesday
    Power Clean
    Military Press

    AUX:Pull Ups 1 Set Max Reps
    Upright Rows
    T Bar Row
    Weighted Hyper Extensions
    Shrugs

    THURSDAY:Cardio/Speed

    Friday
    Dead Lift
    Close Grip

    AUX:Barbell Curls
    Preacher Curls
    Reverse Curls
    Skull Crusher
    Weighted Dips

    Saturday:Cardio/Speed..Sunday OFF

    you might want to put some of those cardio speed days with lifitng days. six days on one off for six straight weeks might be too much on the cns.
