I'm always going through youtube trying to find videos of famous athletes training. Alot of times im tired as hell (used to work 12 a day and the go to 3 different gyms) and watch them for motivation and to see how much they lift. Let's get a thread going, post vids of boxers, mma fighters, football players, bodybuilders, powerlifters, wrestlers, etc lifting and training.
I'll start it off, (I actually recorded and posted this video)

ray lewis works out at such a high intensity. he has said before he doesnt lift to get a certain weight, or a number of reps. he just lifts at a high intensity until he cant lift anymore. its seemed to work so far for him. lol

Ray Lewis trains for failure, he likes to see is body fail. He wants to be so tired that he has to stay in bed all day just to recover. This way he knows no one is working harder than him.
