    Chest wont grow

    I was wondering if anyone had any examples of a workout for a stubborn chest? This is what I do.1 Bench Press 5X 8,6,3,2,1 2.Flat DB Press 4x12-8 3.Wide Hammer Press 4x12-8 4. Incl Hammer Press 4X12-8 5. Incl DP Press 4X12-8 6Incl DB Flys 3x12 I do 4 day splits with a day rest

    I would suggest less volume and less exercises. Stick to either bb or db for flat presses. You don't need both in the same workout. Select 3-5 movements. Heavy weight. 6-8 reps.

    e.g...

    bench
    incline db bench
    incline db flyes
    weighed dips
    cable crossover
    '.'

    stickies + search button = teaching a man to fish

    You need to divide your sets in half. 24 sets for one muscle group is utterly overkill even for someone on steroids.
