    Thanks.

Anyone here who does it? I am thinking keto for my terrible insulin related fats (around my midsection)

Also what the diet like for those who do.

its a very easy diet to stick to, u can eat a lot of normal "bad" foods and still be good for the diet, ... only problem is its hard for social occasions.

I have red meat about once a week. I usually have pork and chicken fried in coconut oil at all other times.

    Sample of my daily intake

    2tbspoon EFA oil

2 eggs fried in unsalted butter + shredded mozzarella cheese + 2 thick uncured bacon strips

    large chicken breast/pork chop cooked in 2tbpsoon coconut oil (+ 2oz cheese/walnuts/coconut oil/EFA depending)

20g protien shake + EFA oil

PWO shake with 50g protien 20g dextrose

same as lunch/or substitute thick cut of quality red meat

Natural PB + cottage cheese + efa oil (depending) (12 carb total)

This is maintenance/bulk for me, about 2500+ cal, give or take. I'll cut out the mozzarella in the eggs, the PB + cottage cheese when I start cutting again.

Put the macros into fitday.com and see if they're "keto friendly"

Just put in plenty of oily fish instead of red meat. And don't forget there are lots of other birds besides chicken. Duck and goose are great for keto.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Well im newer to this so maby it will get harder but I have to try to knock my self out of keto, my last carb up I never left keto and I took in way more protein then fat for that day. It’s a very forgiving diet. I think you’ll do fine without eating red meat. The local grocery store by me sells 3 pound whole rotisserie chickens for 6 bucks so I just buy one on Mondays and eat it all week for lunches.
