Revampin my cutting diet help (3 week progress pics)

Ive learned not to trust the scale because it seems to jump all over the place. My goal was start of october to be at 10%. Clean bulking after that.
In my first set of pics I was told I was around 14%, maybe Im my own worst critique but given I only have about 8 weeks now to get 10% I was kind of expecting to see better progress than I have.

    Current Stats:
Prior to cut was about 162 but I believe quite a bit was water
    5'10 about 158lbs

My diet for these first 3 weeks had me around 2200 calories with a 40/40/20 p/c/f breakdown. However this was giving me a total of just over 40g fat a day.

    New diet is this:
    06:30
    1 Scoop Whey
    1/3 Cup Oats
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1 TBSP Natural PB

    09:30
    2.5 slices deli chicken
    10 almonds

    11:45
    Chicken breast
    10 almonds
    Apple

    3:30
    2.5 slices deli chicken
    10 almonds

    7:15 (pre workout)
    Chicken Breast
1/3 cup brown rice (raw volume)
3 Brocolli crown (or w/e theyre called)
    10 almonds

    9:45 (post workout)
    2 scoops Whey
    1 banana

    10:45
    1 Scoop Caesin
    1 TBSP PB

    Total Cals: 2020
    P: 202.8
    C: 151.2
    F: 68.6
40/30/30 (fitday actually says 41/30/30 guess some rounding problem)

    3 Weeks ago:
    (relaxed)
    (side gut)
    (sucked in)

    Now:
    (relaxed)
    (side gut)
    (sucked in)

Sry for crappy cam phone pics best I can do

    Lifting 3-4 times/week
Cardio (cardio is just steady pace for 30 min heart rate about 145 if the means anything) 3 times/week
Abs on cardio days (at this point id just rather have flat stomach with no abs anyways)

Any improvements to the diet you can see. I really dont want to lose the little muscle I currently have?

    Thanks

I notice a little difference, you got a little leaner. If you want the process to speed up you will need to drop calories. At around 160lbs, 2200 calories may be a bit high. Most will recommend 10-12x body weight in calories for cutting. So for you that would be a range of 1600-1900 calories a day. That is where I would be if I was you. I'm sure you will lose on 2200, it just may not be as fast as you would like...
