The reason for example Arnold is where he is it's because he had the POTENTIAL for it. He was given everything he needed. Health, genetics, the look, etc. It's the same reason you can't become for instance a successful model just because you have all the qualities one does if you weren't born with what you need. Some people don't have the good looks, bad skin condition, etcc
