Most effective diet pill for weight loss

Not to try to burst your bubble but 2 months to lose 50lbs and get ripped is not going to happen.
I find the most effective diet pill is a multi vitamin taken with lifting weights and eating a healthy diet. You’re trying to lose almost 6 1/2 lbs a week.
I would just start to eat well and work out. Strive to be ripped next year when summer comes around.

you can lose 40lbs in 2 months, if you dedicate 4 hours a day to intense exercise.
personally I have no experience with any weight loss pills... it's just hard work, that's the key.
eat 1800 calories a day, eat little to no carbs and if you get up early, do an hour of cardio of HIIT then straight afterwards go for a 9-10 mile walk/jog, then later in the day do an hour of aerobics or stepping on a platform, you should lose a good 20+ lbs a month... well it worked for me.
but that may be a hard pill to swallow (teehee)Progress Blog:

Ok. I'm about to reveal the biggest secret in weight loss research and history.
The GREATEST...most POWERFUL drug EVER INVENTED BY MAN, MACHINE, ALIEN OR CAMEL...
Ready for this?
Hard work.
Diet, exercise, rest and recovery, foo. Get 'er done. 50lbs in two months aint gonna happen unless you cut yer freakin' leg off. Work at it. Thats all there is to it. No pill is gonna replace hard work. No pill can work without hard work.
Ok, and maybe EC.GOAL: Be better than I am
"Don't look at yesterday. You can't change it. It happened. Don't look at tomorrow. It hasn't come yet. What you do today can make up for yesterday and completely change tomorrow. Work on today."
On training hard: "I train my hardest because one day, my life or the life of someone else may depend on it. I train like there is no tomorrow because one day, I may be in a situation where if I don't succeed, there will be no tomorrow."

Diet is the key . . . there is no "magic weight loss pill" that is going to give you the results you want. To get ripped you need to lift weights...
"Play like you're in first place . . . train like you're in second."
"Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated."

There is no magic pill. If there was, everyone will be "ripped".

Aggressive goals are great, but they should be tempered with realism. And 50 lbs of fat in a couple months really isn't realistic, with or without a commercial fat burner. And getting ripped in the same time frame starting out at 30% plus body fat (which is where you'd have to be if 150 lbs is ripped), is an outright pipe-dream. Even professional body builders, with access to really effective drugs and a schedule revolving around their physique, aren't going to plan on results close to that.
Your first priority should be on diet.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

........Uhm, 50 lbs in 2 months is definitely possible. Extreme? Yes!
You'd have to go on a 1k deficit calories, do at least 2 hours of exercise a day. Then, yeah, totally possible.

Not true.
You can lose 40 pounds in 2 months by running a serious calorie deficit with light to moderate exercise but you will also lose muscle and will not be ripped. There is no way to lose fat rapidly without losing muscle at the same time.
I speak from experience.

Pills don't make you lose weight, eating right and tons of hard work does. These "dietary" pills are good for meeting some nutritional goals through the day that you can easily miss on a deficit, that's about it

Why are you people posting to a dead thread and "answering" someone who posted a question five years ago?
~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.

weight Loss Diet pills Effects
I would suggest you to stay away from these type of pills available for weight loss, these cause harm or side effects to body. It is better to exercise and do weight loss workout regularly along with healthy diet. If needed, hire a fitness trainer for proper workout plan.
