    Sudden Weight Gain

    So I've been doing the MFT28 program for the past few months. I started at around 160, and never really increased in weight, though I did get notably more defined. In late June I weighed myself at 162 with a 32 inch waist. Now a little less than a month later I weight 177 with a 33 inch waist. What is going on? Why am I gaining this weight? My diet has never been better, and I have never felt or looked better. Is this a good weight gain? Should I think about cutting before college starts up again? Could this weight gain be from drinking possibly? I drink a lot of alcohol almost every day. If I cut out the booze, will the extra bodyfat come off?

    I would normally have assumed it was alcohol, but my bodyfat percentage has not increased. So what does that mean...

    So just to be clear, I need to lower my food intake by 500 calories a day? If I quit drinking, then that should be simple
