just turned on my box and looked into it. you have a gamer picture and personal picture.

your cant make a custom gamer picture.

if you have a vision cam, you can take a custom personal pic that only ppl on your friends list can see.

I think kidswole found a video on you tube that allowed him to change his name to whatever he wanted and his picture im not sure on the pic part though.
