If you wanna date a past abusive alcoholic as it was in his past and he is "changed", all the power to you. Safest thing to do though, would be to disregard and find someone else...

Well I'm a recovering addict so I'd just have to find someone understanding then. I can't go back and change my past. Neither can most people but I'll take someone who is actively working to change over a guy who clearly has alcohol, cheating and other issues and does nothing to change.

We aren't really debating what OP should do. Just the situation. It is pretty rare though. I've seen witnessed 3 gangbangs in my life. It takes the perfect combination of super slooty girl, horny dudes, alcohol, and location. IMHO very few girls are this sketchy, and if they are they ain't going to "recover" from it. They are just damaged goods with severe depression and self esteem issues.

EHarmony is good for relationships according to my friends but POF is the bottom of the barrell.

It wasn't a mistake, it was trying something new that she wanted to do. Good chance she really liked it. Only reason she will call it a mistake is because all of you closed-minded people will judge her so harshly for it, and that makes her feel it was shameful.
