Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

It depends on WHAT you want from a preworkout - whether it's the energy, mental focus or aggression, or improvement in endurance, strength, etc.
As far as energy and mental clarity and focus, as mentioned, almost nothing is going to give you as good of an effect as a decent stimulant product.
For everything else (and even the above), try this stack:
Drive - dosed as recommended
IGF-2 - dosed as recommended
Choline Bitartrate - 1g
ALCAR - 2g
Tyrosine - 1g

I haven't tried all the ones listed here but I think MAN Body Octane is very good for a non-stim pre-workout. I'm very sensitive to stims and this didn't cause any problems but still did give me boost of energy. It's got Citrulline and Beta Alanine... two solid non-stim sources of energy. But keep in mind that it takes a little while for these to build up in your system to give you the edge... kind of like creatine. Oh, and the taste is absolutely amazing!!!

Definitely solid products, I haven't used ultima, but I'd simply replace that with MaximizeV2 as another option. With Rag, it is an all-in-one and the ingredient panel isn't hard to decifer what is in the product and approximate amount/serving. Both caffeine and caffeine free versions, flavor is spot on, and great pumps.
