Double T Transformation 2010
August 7, 2010
My name is Joe, I signed up yesterday ( August 6, 2010).
Bio: weight 160, Height: 5’7 body fat: 20%
Why did you join this contest?
The reason why I joined this contest was because I wanted to be able to feel healthy again. I have always considered myself a chubby person and I think it’s time for a change. Being apart of body space has lead me to getter motivation, seeing other people who has lost 100 lb of fat or has gain 20 lb of muscle is such a great motivation to me and I think I want to be able to do the same thing.
The Road to Victory
I have just received my supplement on august 6, 2010.
Before workout: taken 3 pills of no beta
During working: 1 scoop of: creadyl
Workout: all upper body parts (since it’s been a month that I have worked out)
Post workout: protein shake, egg, whole wheat bread.
Week1: Day 1
Knowing that you will never be the best, will only make you push harder in life. I wish to be the underdog, the challenger, the one who keep climbing the latter.

It's hard to stick with a plan if you don't make a commitment and say to yourself that I'm going to do this and ignore what my body is craving. I'm a big fan of sugar. Sometimes I eat other foods just trying to satisfy my sugar craving. At some point in your life, you will say, this is not acceptable and I'm going to make a change. Make sure that you are eating frequently so if you get hungry or cravings, that you can tell yourself that I only have to wait an hour or so and you're going to be able to eat something healthy. After you stay away from simple carbs & sugar products, the craving will be more of disgust. I still love sweets, but looking at stuff like white bread, just looks gross.
Make a commitment and succeed.
If you need help putting together a diet that you can life with let me know and I'll add more here.

Yes, they are hard for me to swallow too. If they were coated with something slick or a powder it would be easier.

I wish I could say that! Building larger legs is usually a issue but for me it's trying to get CUT and lean upstairs! Let me know if you find the secret and I'll let you know if I find out first! Best of luck in the challenge and keep up the good work!

I would say that it takes time. I was in another challenge. After 1 month, most people didn't see much of a change unless they were dropping weight. But no change really in the muscle. It seemed like the second month the biggest changes started happening. Be patient and keep at it and it will pay off.

Ok guys today was the day that I started my swim class and it blew me away. I’m actually taking 4 p.e class this semester and I realized that this is a lot harder than going to the gym. Mostly swimming because I don’t know how to swim. But yeah I take atleast 2or 3 naps today. But I bet my body I get used to this new style of workout.
