Is it OK to cut 20 weeks out?
Ok, here is my predicament...Just found out that we are going to South Beach for Spring Break this year. I had my cut set to begin the week after Spring Break, but I also want to fit into my bikini while I am there.
This is my question... Would I be able to really clean up my diet, more so than it already is (ie. cut out some carbs, and take in more protein) and add 4-5 days of 60 min light cardio (walking uphill) and 2-3 days of 20 min of sprinting intervals (sprint for 30 seconds then walk for 2 min)?
I'm not looking to drop a whole lot of weight, but my bulk has made me a little puffier than I would like to be. Thanks for your help ladies!
