Oh sweet, I always wanted an iphone, it's much easier than getting "*******!" tattooed on my face
Miscimus would be ashamed of all of you for crying over his death. He'd
be hissing at you and probably flying at you to try to gouge out your
eye. If he were here, he'd tell you straight up: "Acquire servants.

winner: Apple iphone 4
the screens on all three phones equate to big, bigger and biggest, with 3.5 inches on the iphone, 4.0 on the captivate and 4.3 on the evo 4g. So how does the smallest one win?
It’s not all about diagonal span. Both the evo 4g and samsung captivate offer fewer pixels (800 x 480) than the iphone 4, which quadrupled pixels from the original iphone to an unheard of 960 x 640. The captivate also uses an oled screen. While it looks more vibrant inside, it also washes out easily in the sun, and whites swing toward an unnatural blue. While the bigger size of the evo 4g and samsung captivate might be superior for watching movies, we’re evaluating phones, not media players. The iphone’s outdoor livability and ultra-sharp text – something you’ll be looking at a lot of – make it the most practical of the three.

man this joke is so old and unfunny
I have one and have no issues with calling and/or data speeds. I do not use a case with it. The media blew the fuk out of it. Yes the signal detunes but it's rare if you drop a call.
If I was getting a Android though, it would be a moto branded or N1. Samsung rarely updates phones after release and HTC can't seem to fix their poor quality / antenna issues / battery issues. My recovery journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=123572831

Lewlz, yeah bro, there isn't ANY issue with the antenna right? It's not like APPLE ADMITTED THE ISSUE EXISTED THEMSELVES AND GAVE OUT $HITTY RUBBER BANDS AS A SOLUTION, as well as numerous other independant sources.
Fukking brainwashed ******* ass iSheep defending Apple to the bitter end, even when they admitted they fukked up.

It's not as if the issue is new, the iPhone 4 just has it slightly worse since it does it while bridging the antenna's with just your finger on the seam [external antenna design]. The media just gobbled it up since Apple wants all the attention of the world during product announcements but none of the bad press. Doesn't work that way Apple.

I actually want to get the Samsung Galaxy S, anyone who isn't part of Steve Job's Dick Moistener Brigade give me their opinion?

Never said they didnt admit to having an issue, your post makes it sound like everyone is affected which is completely false. I can post article after article all day too that shows satisfaction rates and % of those affected, but whats that going to prove? Again, ability to make phone calls is not "fail" in regards to overall iphone because not everyone is affected, dig deeper and you will find more evidence to suggest that its AT&T network that causes the drop calls which is known issue for most cellphone users on the network.-Man is born free, but everywhere he is in chains. - Jean Jacques Rousseau

My bad didn't see others posting about Apple.
I used the Captivate and IMO it's a solid phone but has some issues.
1) GPS is broken, doesn't get a lock
2) Android updates will be slower since Samsung put their ****ty skin on it
3) Something I read about slowness in terms of the storage card. Wish I had the link
Most can be solved via a software update so no real big issues to be honest. I think gingerbread will be awesome for Android when released. My recovery journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=123572831

Don't give into the MP hype. The EVO has a good camera but in terms of quality pictures I believe the iPhone 4 has the upper hand. For awhile, HTC capped the FPS on video captures for some reason.
HTC is known to have the worst battery life in the industry. For some reason, they can't seem to get it right. This is no different with the EVO.
I tested an HTC EVO and it stutters too much. Probably will be fixed in Froyo but as of now, it's rather sluggish. My recovery journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=123572831

spec wise the camera is better, but picture quality is hands down on the iphone side.
the processor is the same from the store, if you can overclock it, well then ****! your a cool cat.
they both have the same ammont of memory, but again, from the store, the iphone runs faster because it doesnt have bloatware.
