    Greek Yogurt + Protein Powder = Delicious!

    ...and a lot of protein! My mix was ~200 calories, 33g protein.

    Anyone else try this?

    wow, i didnt even think of this. im always like dam this greek yogurt is good and low cal, but not quite enough protein, but i never even thought to put half a scoop of powder in it haha thanks for the suggestion

    Make sure to spread the powder thin so it gets all over and doesn't just clump up when you stir it in.
