...and a lot of protein! My mix was ~200 calories, 33g protein.
Anyone else try this?

Make sure to spread the powder thin so it gets all over and doesn't just clump up when you stir it in.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.

i love to mix in a little banana flavored whey (if i need the extra protein), mash up some frozen blackberries, then let it freeze for about an hr....soooooo yummy!
