Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

So I'm guessing there are no farmers in this thread. Cause any normal dairy farmer's family drinks milk daily. Seriously people...if milk did anything like to people, we'd see it on the farming community first...
Now that I think about it, isn't dairy a common thing in France also?Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.

Lol, You can find an article/study on almost ANYTHING that says something is bad or something is good. Always two sides to the story.
Example:

too much protein for you is bad article. Lets all take 61 grams of protein in a day guise!11!one

Simple correlations are an unreliable way of proving possible causality for an effect.
For disease end points, currently the most reliable research comes from prospective studies.
A very recent systematic literature review shows no evidence was found for a possible detrimental effect of any type of milk consumption on any CVD end point.
