So I'm guessing there are no farmers in this thread. Cause any normal dairy farmer's family drinks milk daily. Seriously people...if milk did anything like to people, we'd see it on the farming community first...

if milk is the only food in ur diet than go drink raw milk, the nutritional difference between pastuerized and raw milk isnt that much different.
