I've used my gf grill for chicken and burgers, but never for salmon. Does it work well? What are the cooking times? I was considering leaving the top open so as not to press out all the juices.
Also, would I possibly be better off wrapping the salmon in tinfoil and sticking it in the oven?
thanks

It won't look pretty, but you could use aluminum foil around it while on the grill...maybe....

whoever said never cook with the lid up is wrong...you definitely can. but with salmon id imagine you'd be fine closing it.
