I am going on a meal plan, which includes 2 protein shakes made with skim milk each day. I went detailed, but am now needing to know what foods can make up the other 2 meals with the nutrients left?
Meal Plan:
140g Carbs
100g Protein
30g Fat
Protein shake w/ skim milk (Meal 1 and 2):
442 calories
30.6g Carbs
63.4g Protein
6.4g Fat
Salad (Meal 3):
(1 cup spring mix, 2 Tbsp dressing, 1/4th cup of kidney beans, chick peas, cucumber, broccoli, and 8 baby carrots)
Calories- 171
Fat- 1.4g
Carbs- 33.5g
Protein- 7.7g
Chicken breast (Meal 4):
Calories- 124
Fat- 1.4g
Carbs- 0g
Protein- 26.1g
Brown rice (1/2 cup, Meal 4):
Calories- 109
Fat- .9g
Carbs- 22.5g
Protein- 2.5g
Left:
2 meals
400 calories
53.4g Carbs (213.6 calories)
19.9g Fat (171.1 calories)
3.9g Protein (15.6 calories)
Here is what I have in my apartment (I can pick up other items if needed):
